The Gunners are looking to book a place in the semi-finals of the competition as they target a third consecutive crown and take on their Premier League rivals on Sunday.
The duo return to the starting XI alongside Francis Coquelin, having missed out on the midweek clash. They replace Alex Iwobi, Theo Walcott and Mathieu Flamini, who all take places on the bench at the Emirates Stadium.
Despite the upcoming Champions League clash with Barcelona, Arsene Wenger has named a full strength squad for Sunday's tie, with Hector Bellerin the only first-team regular on the bench.
Watford, meanwhile, have made three changes to the squad which faced Leicester last week, with Craig Cathcart, Valon Behrami and Adlene Guedioura replacing Jose Holebas, Mario Suarez and Nordin Amrabat.
Arsenal: Ospina; Chambers, Mertesacker, Gabriel, Gibbs; Elneny, Coquelin; Campbell, Ozil, Alexis; Giroud.
Subs: Macey, Bellerin, Monreal, Flamini, Iwobi, Walcott, Welbeck.
Watford: Gomes; Nyom, Prödl, Cathcart, Ake; Watson, Behrami; Capoue, Deeney, Guedioura; Ighalo.
